September 18 – October 23
In this ongoing teen sewing class, students will design and sew a garment of their choice from start to finish. Classes are offered in 6-week sessions, allowing students to continue building their skills and take on new projects each session. Beginning with their own ideas and inspiration, each student will learn how to select an appropriate pattern, choose fabrics thoughtfully, and plan their project step by step.
Throughout each session, we’ll cover essential garment-making skills including reading and understanding patterns, measuring and fitting, cutting techniques, construction methods, and professional finishing details. Students will receive individualized guidance and support as they bring their vision to life.
This class is ideal for teens who are ready to build confidence, develop technical skills, and create clothing that reflects their personal style and creativity. There is no year-long commitment—students may enroll session by session and continue as long as they’d like.
Materials are not included. A list of supplies will be provided based on the project your child chooses.
